Mapping Schedule Types to Time Rates is how you determine different payroll categories / time reporting for a timesheet.

For example:

  • A staff member works 10 hours.
  • The first 8 hours are Normal
  • The next 2 hours are Overtime

The below table illustrates how the above scenario is set up.

Every day has to be setup for different thresholds for overtime.

For example, see weekend overtime below.

Multiple overtime rates can also be setup. e.g. Overtime x 2 for 10+ hours.
