Time Rates

Time Rates are the categories and items used in Payroll and Pay Slips.

When timesheets are entered, the total time(s) are calculated and assigned to Time Rate(s).

Ideally, Time Rates should be setup prior to having any timesheets entered.

Setting up a Time Rate

Only the name field is required to setup the Time Rate.

If a Xero or MYOB integration has been setup, then you can link the Time Rate to Xero Pay Item or MYOB.

Note with linking MYOB Payroll Categories

Due to API limitations in MYOB, only Payroll Categories that are setup on an Hourly Pay basis can be sent to MYOB timesheets.

If you require non-hourly Payroll Categories sent from Remote Flow to MYOB, either convert the Payroll Category or enter in the category manually when creating Pay Runs.
