Teams

Teams are used to group employees and contractors together.

They are useful for limiting options to specific groups of staff.

Team Example

On the Field Flow time sheet screen below, you might want to assign Trade School for apprentices only.

To setup Trade School for apprentices you would:

• Create an Apprentice team
• Create a Trade School schedule type
• Assign the Trade School schedule type to the Apprentice team

Team Setup

There are only two fields for setting up a team.

• Team Name
• Colour

Team Management

Once you have set up your team, you can assign Employees, Contractors or Managers.

Employees and Contractors will be given functionality that is assigned to the team.

e.g. Different Schedule Types

Managers are given management functionality that is assigned to the team.

e.g. Approving Timesheets
