Sites

If you are going to be using job-based timesheets, then sites are required for setting up jobs.

The site is used for location purposes of the job.

If you are using jobs where location is not crucial, then create a site of the main office and assign the jobs to the main office.

Setting up a Site

Only the Project name required to setup a project.

If a simPRO integration has been setup, then you can select the simPRO site to link to this site.

Site Supervisors

If you want to have timesheets that are approved by a Site Supervisor, assign the employees and/or contractors that are responsible for the site.
